Pre-Wedding Meditation

Planning a wedding can be stressful in both a good and negative way. Take sometime today for yourself. Sit in a quiet space, turn off your phone and just breathe in and out a few times to relax your mind. While you breathe in, think of the happiness your wedding will bring. As you breathe out, let go of the tension and stress in your body.
