Under my direction and expertise, all the key elements and details are overseen by me for you. This alleviates the stress, time and management AND frees you up to handle your personal life, your work life and brings enjoyment and anticipation for your event. This is missing from the wedding and event clients. They get overwhelmed and have a hard time staying within budget. Having ONE professional overseeing ALL aspects keeps everything under control, on schedule, and on budget.

I put together your team of experts, work with them, manage them and orchestrate them to create the vision, the emotion and the final results you want. It takes a team to create the dream. Under my direction for planning, creating, executing the design, and the day-of coordination I am able to keep the overall flow seamless and cohesive. That's very important!

I also offer Practical Planning Service where I am with you every step of the way through the process I work as your planning expert helping you create your dream team. You are more involved in the planning process and creating your team.​

 I have Coordination Service if you are interested in doing all of the planning and management yourself and you need me to coordinate the day-of events.

Virtual Planning and Destination Weddings.

I also offer virtual planning. Maybe you do not live in this area or you may not want to have a full planner or need something to work more with your budget. Or you may be planning a wedding in a different destination.

What kind of budgets do I work with?

Our client's budget ranges from $17,000 to $40,000 with a guest count between 30-150. Our final rates are based on the elements needed for your specific event.

Why hire EIABINC?

Planning is not all fun, it is a full-time job especially if you want it done right. This is my full-time job and I am your full-time employee. It can take me anywhere from 25 hours for Coordinator Services (which 14 hours are just for that day) to over 250 hours for full service! Yikes, I know!! This is what I do for you!
